Hi Everyone,

We had a bit of a drama last night in our data centre - the main server running the Online Armor website died, and is not recoverable.

We're presently restoring everything from backups and by now most of the site functions are restored, Online Armor will work correctly.

As a precaution, we've taken the payment pages offline until we have verified that the site functionality has been completely restored.

Should you find anything on the site (or the French Website) that isn't quite right, please let us know by posting in this temporary forum.

The bad news: When we established these support forums, we did not expect it to become a friendly community that it did. So, the forum databases were not included in the backup plan. From now on, we back the forums up too :)

If you previously registered, regretfully, you will need to register again to participate in the forums.

Mike, first of all, welcome back! Secondly, please disregard the email I just sent off to support, which I did before reading that we all had to re-register for the support forums (which explains why it kept refusing my username/password). Sorry to see we've lost the old forum database, but it does make it a lot easier to read all the current posts! Don't worry, I think I can still remember most of my smartass comments anyway.
