How do I restore the AV once uninstalled? What is the proceedure?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean exactly. Do you mean that you are not seeing an Antivirus section after reinstalling? I'm assuming you downloaded from the link for 3.5.0.32 next to the red ++ box on Tall Emu's download page?
