I have been using trial version for about a week and OA is THE firewall.
I have been using Kerio 2.1.5 (Keep the laughter to a minimum please) for some years but I had an increasing feeling of insecurity. So I spent some time giving each of the contenders a fair workout. Some had some nice strengths but shorcoming that encouraged me to keep working through my list. Second last on my list to evaluate was Online Armor (last was Jetico which will remain untested). It took a little while for me to install while I worked my way through the many setup options but once it was setup and running, within a day I could see I need look no further.
Eureka, paydirt.
This is clearly the firewall that sets the benchmake for the rest of the security industry. Powerful but not intimidating, flexible but not overwhelming, fast and light on my system resources. A tick in every box. You are to firewalls what Directory Opus is to file managers - the one to catch.
I now feel secure again, Thanks
Well done Mike and the crew.
