If you find a program does not work properly when Online Armor is installed, it is probably because Online Armor is restrictively controlling what it can do.
This is by design - if you allow a program to run on your computer, Online Armor will still monitor it. If we (centrally) mark a program as "Trusted" then fewer restrictions apply.
The first thing you should try is to find the program in "Program Guard". Once you find it, you can right click on it and mark it as "Trusted".
Of course, you should only do this with programs that you are sure are safe, you obtained from a legitimate source.
