I just did a full scan.
Found some suspicious files which are all legitimate.
The files are marked to ask.
On the left under actions are run safer, ask, allow and block.
These are all blacked out.
Is there any particular reasons for this or am I missing something here?
It would seem to be easier to allow them from this screen.
Thanks 8-)

What sort of suspicious files were they? .exe files?

Yes, all exec. files belonging to EAZPRO or EAZ-FIX.
I use v.9
Still would like to know why some of the options are blacked out.

Maybe the files are protected if this is a rollback program and so OA can't touch them?

Yes it is a rollback program.
I appreciate your help catprincess but do you know why certain actions are blocked out?
Or is it possible they only show on actual infections?
Thanks,
Dan

My guess would be if the rollback program hides the files as 'protected O/S files', then probably OA can't perform those actions on files relating to this program's rollbacks in the same way that if you entered the rollback program's folder where it stores it's rollback points, and attempted to delete something in it, it would say 'access denied. But I'm not too familar with EAZPRO or EAZ-FIX to know whether they protect their files so I could be wrong.
Tall Emu should be able to give you a better idea though :)

It is my understanding that you have to follow the thread topic.
Your spam has nothing to do with it!
