Default Possible Interference With Microsoft Update

I just checked the History tab and saw much blocked, but did not recognize IE7. Then, after saving the list to a file, I saw that I could not attach that file type, an Excel document. Since I have 7-Zip, I used it to convert it to a zip file. I hope you can open it. If you cannot view it, kindly instruct as to how to submit it.

You should be able to go to History and choose 'Export' and it will export to a csv file. Then you can zip that and attach it and it can be viewed in notepad.

What you attached is an exe. It's not in csv format.

Then, you want the original file I saveed from the History tab. The valid file types listed on this page do not include that one, so I changed it. I am now trying to attach the original; but it is coming up "invalid file type." How do you want it? Is there an email address where I can forward it as an attachment?

Ah thanks Stapp, I can see it now

troothteller, your history is extremely busy. It looks like you may have a number of untrusted programs, including some Windows components that may be causing your problem. You could try ticking 'hide trusted' and go through them and look for any untrusted entries that appear related to Windows and then manually mark them trusted, but it may be easier to uninstall and then reinstall 4.0.0.10 and do a 'trust all' install as there are a number of other programs referenced in History that really should be trusted also to avoid potential problems

Thanks. I will try that now. Yesterday, I think I had to use Safe Mode With Networking to accomplish that.

Instead of uninstalling my current version, I decided to try something I neglected, which is going through the formal set up. It did not work. Please be advised that Microsoft has not gotten in touch with me yet.
