No, not with the previous installation of the newer version. However, after uninstalling, I noticed there was a Windows Update waiting for me to install, indicated by the yellow shield in the system tray. It was IE8, which I previously "hid" and refuse to install. However, I reinstalled OA and designated all components as trusted. Then I ran Microsoft Update twice. It ran but did not reveal any critical updates. So, the problem appears finally fixed. Thanks.
