Hi Ray,

Did you do a clean install or an upgrade install? If you did an upgrade install, the problem probably carried over into the new install so it would be worth uninstalling and trying a clean install. This should stop the message. If possible, don't restore settings (importing firewall rules and websites is fine, just not a full restore), as the issue may be in the program settings themselves

Indeed; it sounds like it's blocking something for which the setting has been corrupted or it otherwise can't identify. Doing a clean install should fix it, but if not then we would definitely be interested in getting to the bottom of it

Uninstalled/installed 4.0 and so far, the 'Blocked' message has not
appeared. This action apparently provided the cure !
