When it comes to blue screens, the dump file is really what we need anyway
 We do have a slightly newer version with some changes to the driver to fix some blue screens. So if someone would like to give it a try with this version, it would help us out

catprincess kindly sent me a link to v4.0.0.11 - but the problem persists; behaviour is exactly the same as with v4.0.0.10. Unfortunately, no DMP file was written (for what reason ever). But very likely the problem is the same as before.
As s side effect, the question if Catalyst 9.11 may solve the problem is answered ... with No.
