We'd like to start to establish a reseller channel - this post is basically to describe to people what we're looking for, and a little about what's on offer.
What are we looking for?
We're interested in working with businesses that provide support services to end users and could provide extra benefits to those customers using Online Armor.
What can you expect from us?
Priority Support -
Online Armor resellers will get priority support. We all know what it's like to be stuck with a problem and have a non responsive vendor - we won't let that happen to you.
Communication -
Online Armor resellers have access via email or via the newly established reseller forum. We have ears, and we use them. We're interested in listening to what you have to say to helping everyone achieve success.
Looking after the little guy -
We're not a monster corporate. You don't need to sign complex forms, do a certain turnover or sign over your soul to become a reseller. You don't have to have hundreds of employees or a country-wide fleet of stores... if you work from home and support your local community, you'll get the same service as the guy that orders 100 licences a day.
Respecting the customer relationship
- Renewals from customers you send our way are treated as sales you made - even if the customer renews directly at our site.
