Can I upgrade my existing license to a Family Pack?
Unfortunately we do not currently have a way to upgrade an existing license to a multi-user license (aka Family Pack). We hope to offer this capability in the future.
However, we can arrange a refund of your original purchase when you purchase a Family Pack. Simply contact us before purchasing the Family Pack and we will get back to you promptly. Last edited by ABx; 25th September 2008 at 07:26 AM.
